Felix Sanchez is an executive with more than 30 years of national and international experience in the Oil & Gas industry as well as information technology.
He has broad knowledge across managerial and technology disciplines, particularly the value that IT brings to enterprise processes. For many years, he has led the implementation of major, complex IT projects.
Throughout his career, he has managed large IT operations and has negotiated major I.T. services contracts. He maintains strong professional relationships with major IT companies and is an expert in designing and implementing service delivery models
Francisco Daza P.
Senior Partner
Francisco is an executive with 27 years of experience in the IT industry.. He has acted as a consultant, program director, IT manager and service deliver manager in several industries such as Oil & Gas, Banking, Telecom, Goverment, Consumer godos, among others.
Francisco has worked for several years in large multinational companies such as Unisys, Xerox, SchlumbergerSema, Atos Origin, Atento Colombia, Oracle, but also has developed several initiatives in digital Business and IT innovation.
He holds and BSc in Systems Engineering and Computer Science from Los Andes University and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, along with training in different áreas such as TOGAF y PMP.
Francisco has also worked as graduate level profesor in several major universities in Colombia.
Pedro Rangel
Consultant
Professional with extensive experience in applying information technology as a means to achieve competitive businesses. More than 25 years of experience in managing technology solution implementation projects for different sectors, mainly in oil and gas and finance. Responsible for implementing enterprise architecture models and outsourcing models for IT service provision.
His professional experience includes working for ECOPETROL, supporting business transformation initiatives for exploration and production processes, as well as implementing enterprise architecture models. Technical manager of the Oil & Gas Center of Excellence for INDRA SISTEMAS in Colombia, and manager of the Oil Information Bank at the Colombian Geological Service. He is a lecturer on technology topics and an independent consultant for companies in the industrial, financial, health, and telecommunications sectors.
Systems Engineer and Specialist in Information Systems in Organizations (ESIO) from the University of the Andes, with PMP, ITIL, and ISO9000 Quality Audit certification, with training in areas such as TOGAF and COBIT, among others.
Ximena Sánchez
Consultant
Business Administrator with more than 10 years of experience in administrative and financial management in Latin American companies, with a special focus on SaaS companies. She has led strategies for process optimization, ensuring efficient management of financial, physical, and human resources.
She served as Financial and Administrative Lead LATAM at Location World SAS, where she was responsible for budget management and control, supervision of the accounting and treasury system, as well as the implementation of human resources policies and procedures. Her management promoted an organizational culture oriented towards excellence, excelling in the creation of efficiency indicators to improve the provision of academic services.
Among her main achievements is the structuring and strengthening of the financial, administrative, and human resources areas, which resulted in a significant improvement in internal processes and operational efficiency. Her experience has allowed her to develop key skills in strategic planning, process optimization, and leadership in the management of academic and business institutions.
Claude Baudoin
Consultant
Claude is a Stanford University–trained computer scientist and mathematician with more than 40 years of experience in the IT industry. He advises organizations in France and the United States on IT strategy, software, knowledge management, and innovation.
He has successfully worked on several management positions, on many multinational companies such as Schlumberger, Sema, Cutter Consortium, National Semiconductor, among others.
Claude is the Oil and Gas Industry domain expert for the Object Management Group (OMG).
